To soften the mattress, lie on it and turn up the valve until the perfect firmness is reached. 

Working closely with the manufacturer, I created several prototypes of the valve and conducted rigorous testing to refine the design. Through this iterative process, we were able to develop a valve that strikes an optimal balance: It ensures user-friendly functionality for customers while seamlessly aligning with the supplier's manufacturing requirements.
